Mail Order Costs

If you live in Australia, (except NT, WA or Tasmania) your order will come through Australia Post. The cost for postage is $20.00 for up to 4 small pieces and $25 for up to 4 medium pieces which includes Registered Mail. Please add an extra $3.00 for each additional piece.

Northern Territory, Western Australia and Tasmanian orders need to be sprayed and inspected prior to posting, the costing for this service is $17.50 for up to 4 pieces regardless of size. Please add an extra $3.00 for each additional piece.

Overseas orders are sent through EMS, which is a Premium International Express Service that deliver door to door to over 180 countries. (The cost for this is covered under cuttings)

Australia

All prices are quotes for fully struck pieces that are a minimum of 30cm/12inches. We do not sell freshly cut pieces. The only time a freshly cut piece will be offered is if we are out of stock of what you are looking for.

Overseas
You, the customer will need to check with your Quarantine Department to find out the regulations of your country. Because some countries change these regulations, it is wise to check before every import.

a) If an Import Permit required (if so, e-mail a copy to us)
b) Are fully struck plants able to be sent (some countries this is available)
c) If fully struck plants CAN be sent, does it have to be marked ‘plant material’

Once you have this information we can give you a quote on sending you the plants you have chosen.

For American orders, there is no need for an Import Permit, contact us enquires@djsway.com for more details. American orders are sent freshly cut. The cost for Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS), Phytosanitary Certificate and Postage is $120.00AU. This charge covers up to 6 pieces. Additional pieces will be quoted.

Trees

Large landscaping pieces are available. E-mail us for a quote. The following information will be needed:-

a) Variety that you are interested in
b) The size that you require
c) Delivery Address

We can quote you on just the tree or with the delivery charge.

Flowers are available generally from August through to May. Some white P. obtusa flowers are available all year round. Prices do vary, we are happy to quote you.
